These terms apply to all orders placed through the Umnia Design Studio website. By placing an order, you agree to the following.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items: All items are handmade to order based on the names, dates, and other details you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to check spelling and accuracy of any personalisation before submitting your order — we are not liable for errors in the details you supply, though we will always flag anything that looks unclear or mistaken where possible.
Design Ownership: Designs, artwork, and templates created by Umnia Design Studio remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a personalised item grants you the physical product only, not the right to reproduce or resell the design.
Pricing & Payment: All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our secure checkout, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Processing & Delivery: Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on the Shipping & Returns page and on individual product listings. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during busy periods (e.g. wedding season, Eid).
Liability: We take great care in crafting and packaging every order, but we are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by couriers once an item has been dispatched with tracking. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.
Cancellations: Because production often begins shortly after ordering, cancellations may not be possible once work has started on a personalised piece. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
