Processing Time: Every piece is made to order by hand — please allow 3–5 working days for processing before your order is dispatched. For personalised items, a design mock-up is usually sent for approval within 1–2 working days of ordering; production begins once it's confirmed. Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible — we can't guarantee rush requests placed without checking first.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via tracked delivery. A flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking information where available. Fragile items (mirror trays, ceramics, glassware) are carefully packaged with protective materials to minimise the risk of damage in transit.
Returns & Exchanges: As every piece is handmade and personalised specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect personalisation details submitted at checkout, or minor handmade variations. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
